Shipping policy

Shipping is available worldwide, we send from Brisbane, Australia.
We have currently set up the shipping rates for Australia, USA and UK/Ireland. If you are outside these countries, please email us first.

 

The Shipping price is based on the combined weight of the items you purchase and will be determined at the checkout, depending on your postcode and country. There is also a Shipping Calculator on each product page and the Cart page to estimate the shipping cost.

We endeavour to send in-stock items within 3 business days of receiving the order and you will receive an email with the Aus Post tracking number.
If an item is not currently in stock, the product description shows the approximate wait time. All items in an order will be held and shipped together.

POSTAGE INSURANCE:

If you choose to add insurance to your order, it will be covered by Australia Post insurance for theft, loss or damage during transit. Insurance is charged at 2% of the total order value with a minimum charge of $1.

To Australia, from $15-$75. Delivery approx 3-10 business days

To USA, from AUD$42-$173. Delivery approx 6-27 business days

To UK/Ireland, from AUD$48-$192. Delivery approx 4-10 business days

TAX AND DUTY:

For all purchases being delivered to an Australian address, our prices include 10% GST.

For all purchases to an international address, we do not charge Australian tax or duty. Please note: You, the customer, are responsible for all local tax and customs import duty payable to your country. Please contact your country's relevant department for more information, we cannot supply this for you.
